Travel and Standby Fees

The following travel and standby fees will be applied for work requiring travel outside Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama Prefectures.

Transportation expenses

Transportation expenses for dispatch work will be charged at cost.

Accommodation expenses

Should accommodation be required for work requiring long-distance travel or dispatch work performed over a long period of time, accommodation expenses (including tax and service charges) will be charged at cost.
*We will also charge a fee to cover daily allowances.

Other expenses

•For business trips abroad, we charge for insurance expenses, visa application expenses, and for the time it takes to acquire visas.

Cancellation fees

If a work order is cancelled, we charge a cancellation fee as follows:

Five or less business days prior to the start of work: 100%
From six to ten business days prior: 75%
From 11 to 15 business days prior: 50%
